By downloading, accessing, or using NEYUNA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

NEYUNA is a skincare consistency tracker that helps you build and maintain personalised skincare routines. The app provides AI-generated routine recommendations, streak tracking, product marketplace access, and progress tracking features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscription terms (billing cycle, cancellation policy, refunds) are displayed at the point of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with our systems or data
• Submit false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within NEYUNA are owned by NEYUNA or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NEYUNA provides skincare routine suggestions for informational purposes only. We are not a medical device and do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any skin conditions. Always consult a dermatologist for medical advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEYUNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
